Evelyn Johnson is both a certified teacher and quality engineer with over thirty years of classroom teaching experience in elementary, secondary, and adult education helping students who speak English as a second or foreign language. Her small business, Q.E.T.S, has been on the Internet since 1998 providing affordable online tutoring and technical support services for business, industry, and education.

Provides Internet based distance learning courses in ESL - English as a second language, GED math and science test preparation, and quality technology; and provides quality engineering technical support services for small business, industry and education.

Developed and provided on-site instruction for business and industry as a contract teacher for Colorado corporations and community colleges.

Prepared ISO-9000 and Six Sigma/Kaizen Event documentation and multilingual training materials for industry.

Served as an instructor at the ELS Language Center on the Regis University campus in Denver, Colorado. Provided computer class instruction in the New Directions adult education program for the Community College of Aurora in Colorado.

Previously taught for six years at Judson School, an international boarding school in Arizona (kindergarten-12th grade plus post-graduate), and eight years for the Bureau of Indian Affairs at Sanostee Boarding School (pre-school through 8th grade) on the Navajo Indian Reservation in northeastern New Mexico.

Worked as both a Quality Manager and Quality Engineer in industry. Coordinated company efforts to satisfy customer needs. Developed in-service training programs in inspection, SPC, dimensional metrology, blueprint reading, and programmed CMM inspection. Developed and taught classes in quality technology and English as a second language.

FAA licensed private pilot and former aircraft owner of fifteen years. Received training in search and rescue procedures for missing civilian aircraft while serving with the Civil Air Patrol.

Served as a professional pianist with the Bailey Orchestra and cellist with the Napa Symphony during high school and college years. Also, played with various chamber music groups. Directed numerous band, orchestra, and choral music groups throughout a fourteen-year classroom teaching career at the elementary and secondary school levels. Provided private piano and cello lessons for beginning students.

Served as a Camp Counselor for Forest Farm Summer Camp and Tumbleweeds Traveling Summer Camp, 4-H Entomology Leader, and Sunday school Teacher at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in California.
